In partnership with local government authorities, their representatives and with state government agencies, the VCI Project will bring together existing knowledge to develop an agreed framework of community indicators relevant to local governments across Victoria. This section includes key background papers, the outcomes of consultations with local governments, draft strategies under consideration and importantly, a series of background papers intended as resource to local government planners and policy makers.
